About the Hero Ignitor Techno
The Hero Ignitor Techno is the carburetted Ignitor 125, Tk 11,500 under the Ignitor XTEC at Tk 148,500 on Hero MotoCorp's Bangladesh site in September 2026. Its 124.7 cc air-cooled OHC single makes 8.3 kW (11.1 bhp) at 7,500 rpm and 11 Nm at 6,500 rpm on a 10:1 compression ratio, fed by a CV carburettor with digital DC CDI ignition, self starting and a four-speed gearbox. The semi-double-cradle frame carries telescopic forks and five-step adjustable rear shocks, a 240 mm front disc with a 130 mm rear drum, and 80/100-18 and 90/90-18 tubeless tyres. Hero gives 2,023 mm of length on a 1,262 mm wheelbase, 159 mm of ground clearance and an 11-litre tank with a 1.4-litre reserve; the headlamp is a 35/35 W halogen with an LED tail lamp.
